We fix broken property chains – The majority of our customers contact us because they’ve been let down by an estate agency sale, typically after their house sale has fallen through. It only takes one buyer to back out (often through no fault of their own) to cause an entire chain to collapse. This can be a very frustrating experience for home sellers.
