About Osidge
Osidge sits between Southgate and Cockfosters at the eastern end of Barnet, with its streets falling under N11, N14, N20 and EN4. Local routes carry residents on to Brunswick Park, East Barnet, Friern Barnet, New Southgate, Oakleigh Park and Whetstone, leaving sellers with a fairly broad pool of nearby comparables to draw on.
Homes across Osidge tend to be inter-war semi-detached houses, modest terraces and a sprinkling of converted flats above the local parades. Realistic timelines hinge on lease length where applicable, condition of the kitchen and bathrooms, and whether a chain is already starting to take shape further down the road, all of which shape what we can sensibly commit to.
Operating since 2003, LDN Properties is a member of The Property Ombudsman (membership D12463). We buy directly in Osidge and right across the rest of the borough of Barnet, working with no fees, no commission and no chain. The figure agreed at the start is the figure paid out at completion, which is the simplest way to compare us to other routes onto the market.
