About Bulls Cross
Bulls Cross is a north London neighbourhood inside the borough of Enfield with EN1 and EN3 covering its addresses, and it forms part of the Metropolitan Green Belt that limits urban growth around the city. The area can trace its name back to at least the 1400s – once written as “Bullycrosse” for a crossroads tied to the Bull family – and today its landmarks include the Tottenham Hotspur training centre opened in 2012 and Capel Manor College. Local routes link through to Brimsdown, Bullsmoor, Enfield Highway, Enfield Island Village and Enfield Town.
Streets across Bulls Cross hold a mixture of older cottages, post-war semi-detached homes and converted flats sitting close to the green-belt boundary. Realistic timelines for a sale here depend on lease length, the state of older roofs and windows, and whether a chain is already forming around the move, so we walk through those particulars rather than offering a one-size schedule.
Trading since 2003, LDN Properties holds membership of The Property Ombudsman (membership D12463). We purchase directly in Bulls Cross and across the surrounding borough of Enfield, with no commission, no fees and no chain trailing behind us. Because we are the buyer, the price discussed at the outset is the price that lands at completion – nothing comes off in agent or auction charges along the way.
