Providing an indicative offer for your property is one of the key steps we’ll be getting on with immediately following your initial enquiry.
We aim to provide you with an indicative offer within one hour from receiving your initial enquiry. We want to demonstrate exactly the level of service you are to expect from us if you choose to proceed to sell your house to us. Our indicative offer is valid for 7 days, if time passes we can re-appraise the property and local market conditions with a view to renewing your indicative offer.
Should you find our indicative offer acceptable, we’ll continue the work on your formal offer, alongside getting to work on the purchase and necessary legal work. Depending on many factors, the next step to formalise your offer may be:
- A visit directly from one of our team – for properties within London this can be the same day as your enquiry or soon after
- An inspection from a local surveyor at a pre-arranged date and time
- A visit from one of our asset managers
- No property visit may be needed at all
We aim to be flexible in how we approach formalising your offer. The "one size fits all" approach isn’t always best and our aim is for as little inconvenience as possible to you whilst ensuring the fastest turnaround for the purchase of your property. The primary reason we can often take this flexible approach is due to the fact that we have broad knowledge and experience of the UK and the London property markets.
At the time we present your indicative offer, we will make you aware of any conditions of our offer (such as if a survey is required, a site visit is required, the cash status of our offer etc.). Please bear in mind that the process for dealing with Scottish properties is slightly different, please contact the team to discuss the sale of your Scottish property further.
