About North End
Tucked into the southern fringe of Barnet across the NW3, NW11 and N6 postcodes, North End is a small, leafy enclave bounded by heathland and large mature gardens. Walking distance to the open spaces, it neighbours Golders Green, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Hampstead Heath, Childs Hill and Temple Fortune, giving it a quiet, residential feel despite the central-London proximity.
Property here is dominated by substantial detached houses and Arts & Crafts villas, with a smaller proportion of converted flats above the high road. Going to market via an agent can take a variable amount of time depending on the home’s condition, whether a buyer’s chain holds, and lease length on any maisonettes or apartment conversions.
Since 2003, LDN Properties has been purchasing flats and houses across North End and the rest of the Barnet borough, and we charge no commission and require no estate agent in the loop. We are registered with The Property Ombudsman (membership D12463), an independent body whose code of practice governs how we deal with every owner. Removing the chain element is one of the main reasons sellers approach us directly.
