About Arnos Grove
Arnos Grove lies in the western part of the Enfield borough, taking in parts of the N11, N14 and N22 postcodes among others. The neighbourhood is shaped around the 44-acre Arnos Park, which opened to the public in 1928 after Southgate Council acquired it, and is best known for the brick viaduct that carries the Piccadilly line across the green space. Nearby siblings linked from this page include Bowes Park, Palmers Green, Southgate and Winchmore Hill.
Streets here mix purpose-built flats and ex-local-authority blocks with detached and mid-terrace houses, plus the odd commercial unit and derelict house ripe for redevelopment. How quickly an open-market sale wraps up depends largely on lease length on the apartments, the condition of older houses and whether the chain above is settled.
Founded in 2003, LDN Properties buys flats and houses across Arnos Grove and the rest of the Enfield borough. We’re a member of The Property Ombudsman (membership D12463), which independently oversees the conduct of quick-buying firms like ours. Selling direct removes the commission, removes the fees and removes the chain.
